SUMMER CAMP GENERAL INFORMATION

• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited; camp does sell out.
• Camp Begins the week of June 17th and ends August 16.
• All campers are required to bring their own lunches, snacks, and drinks
• If your child has any allergies or special needs, please notify our administration team prior to the Art Camp start date.
• All camps run Monday-Friday from  9 am- 2 pm
• Camps are offered to students between the ages of 7 years old- 13 years old. We further group participants by age group.
• Since part of the camp will be outside, campers are encouraged to wear sunscreen
• All art projects from camp can be taken home on Friday (the last day of their camp)
• If a camper misses a camp day, they can coordinate with their instructor to pick up any materials they may have missed. We DO NOT offer make-ups for missed camp days.
• Cancellations made before May 1st will result in a credit on file that can be used towards our monthly class packages, art kits, workshops, and other events. NO REFUNDS will be given unless camp is canceled. NO credits will be given after May 1st. No exceptions.

DROP-OFF/PICK-UP

Students will need to be dropped off in the back of the studio near the parking lot. We are also having all students wait in the back patio area to be picked up. A parent or guardian must sign them out. -Students must be picked up on time. We do not offer after camp child care services.

SAFETY MEASURES

At this time face coverings are optional here at the studio. All parents are required to sign our Participant Agreement, Waiver & Release of Liability.

Early Bird Registration begins March 1st ends March 15th. (15% discount) EARLYBIRD2024

PAYMENTS

Payment in the amount of $485 per camp is due upon enrollment. 10% sibling discount offered. 10% multi camp sign-up discount. (max 10% discount offered).

Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card. Includes all materials and instruction. (Lunch will NOT be provided.)

Please note that we do not offer prorated fees for missed camp days. If your child is unable to attend a day of camp, we kindly ask that you coordinate with the instructor to collect any necessary art materials required to complete the project at home.
