COMPLIMENTARY CLASS PASS
We offer a free one-time 90 minute intro class to all new students ages 6 - 17 years old.
MONTHLY PLANS
We offer 3 different monthly plans: Kids Fine Art Classes, Teen Fine Art Classes (for Beginner/Intermediate Teens), and Advanced Teen Art Portfolio. Classes are further organized by instructors. Students can request to work from a Fine Art or Manga Character Design based curriculum.
Tuition is paid monthly, and is processed automatically the first day of each month. Most calendar months will include 4 weekly classes making tuition $185.40 per month for our 90 minute classes or $206 for our 2 hour Teen Portfolio classes. For months with five weekly classes, students in Kids Fine Art Classes or Teen Fine Art Classes will receive an additional charge of $46.35. Students enrolled in the Advanced Teen Art Portfolio will be billed an extra $51.50 for such months, in addition to their regular class fees. The fee for the 5th class of the month will be billed during the first week of that month.
Tuition is only collected for days the studio is open and is prorated for students starting mid month. Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card. We charge a 3% administrative fee for ALL forms of tuition payment. If tuition is received after your child's first class of the month, a $25 late fee will be added. For pay-by-class students, classes will only be provided upon prior receipt of tuition. For students new to the program, a one-time $25 registration fee will be processed along with initial tuition payments.
Please note all supplies, materials and instructions are included. If a student is unable to register for our 4 class monthly packages, we will continue to offer the pay-by-class option. Pay-by-classes can only be scheduled up to 7 days in advance and are based on availability. AAS admins can issue pay-by-classes upon request
KIDS FINE ART
Our Kid's Fine Art Program provides individualized, step-by-step instruction. Our mixed media curriculum is designed to advance all students ages 6-12 years old, regardless of experience or lack thereof, from beginner to intermediate to advanced. As students complete each level they will receive a certificate of completion.
TEEN FINE ART
Our Teen Fine Art Program provides individualized, step-by-step instruction. Our mixed media curriculum is designed to advance students age 13-17 years old, regardless of experience or lack thereof, from beginner to intermediate to advanced.
PAY-BY-CLASS
Students who cannot commit to a full month can pay $51.50 to drop in to one of our 90-minute classes. We strongly encourage first-time pay-by-class students to commit to our program for at least one month to understand how the program works and to complete one project minimum. Projects can take 4-6 weeks to finish, depending on detail, complexity, and skill level. Please note: Pay-by-classes cannot be reserved more than 7 days in advance. Discounts cannot be applied to pay-by-classes..
ADVANCED TEEN ART PORTFOLIO
Our Advanced Teen Art Portfolio Program is designed to aid teens 13-17 year old in developing a sketchbook and building a body of artwork for their portfolio. Each spring, the program culminates in a gallery showcase where teens are encouraged to display their work with the option to sell. By class completion, teens will have a thorough understanding of how to conceptualize their work and bring their ideas to fruition.
MANGA CHARACTER DESIGN
Our thoughtfully designed Anime and Manga Drawing course will help students learn all the core fundamentals and advanced stylization and proportional knowledge needed to draw and sketch Manga and Anime style characters well. Students can request to work from our Manga curriculum in any of our 90 minute classes.
DISCOUNTS
We offer a 10% discount for registering a sibling, or for signing up for two or more classes per week. The maximum discount is 10%, and it cannot be combined with any additional discounts. For example, if the tuition is $185.40 for the first enrolled student, it will be $166.86 for all additional siblings.
ABSENCES & MAKING UP CLASSES
In order to receive a make-up class for a missed class, we MUST be notified 12 HOURS in advance of an absence. Once a registered class is canceled by a parent/guardian, a make-up pass can be issued by our administrators. Please call or email to schedule your make-up. Make-up classes are scheduled based on availability. Make-up classes can NOT be used for a student’s regular ongoing class day and time, including their 5th class of the month. Make-up class passes do NOT expire; however they are only available to students currently enrolled in our ongoing Kids Fine Art Classes, Teen Fine Art Classes, and Advanced Teen Art Portfolio monthly classes. If your child has unused make-up class passes upon discontinuing our program, they will remain on file and CANNOT be used until your child is re-enrolled in ongoing classes. Once a make-up class is scheduled, it CANNOT be rescheduled. We do not issue credits or refunds for missed classes.
CANCELLATIONS
If you decide not to continue with our classes, please notify us in order to cancel your subscription BEFORE your next billing cycle (the first of the month). We DO NOT issue refunds or apply credits for unused classes. If your child has unused make-up class passes upon discontinuing our program, they will remain on file and CANNOT be used until your child is re-enrolled in ongoing classes. We strongly encourage our students to take their artwork home after their final class.
PICKING UP YOUR STUDENT
Students must be picked up ON TIME after class. All students are asked to wait on the benches outside (near the parking structure).
